This space is a reflection of a personal journey, practice, and passion for mindful movement and natural wellbeing.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to an active lifestyle and time spent in nature. Movement, fresh air, and quiet moments outdoors have always brought a sense of grounding and balance. Now in the third year of deepening a path in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, alongside an ongoing exploration of Yoga and breathwork, that connection continues to grow.

What began as a personal journey has naturally evolved into something to be shared.

Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness, these practices support both physical health and inner calm. Tai Chi and Qi Gong cultivate flow, balance, and energy, while Yoga and breathwork bring space, strength, and stillness into everyday life.

One-to-one sessions and group classes are offered, creating a space that is personal, welcoming, and adaptable to different needs and experience levels. Each session is guided with care, intention, and authenticity.

The aim is simple: to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and support your overall wellbeing—at your own pace.
