Breathwork Pranayama
Pranayama is the ancient practice of conscious breathing used in yoga and traditional wellness systems to support balance between body, mind, and energy. The word prana refers to life force or vital energy, while ayama means expansion or regulation.
Through gentle breathing techniques, mindful awareness, and controlled breath patterns, Pranayama helps calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and improve focus and emotional balance. Sessions at Auralma Wellness are guided in a safe, accessible, and beginner-friendly way, allowing participants to reconnect with the breath and cultivate a sense of calm, grounding, and inner balance.
